It's All About Your Mind, Body, & Soul!

 
This fitness challenge is designed to motivate and inspire others on their fitness journey. This will also allow all challengers to get a kick start on being healthy and fit in 2018. It has been said that doing anything more than 30 days makes it habit forming.

6 Weeks Challenge October 22, 2017-Dec 3, 2017

10 Days Of Green Smoothies And Cardio!

Please view the pdf file and follow the instructions for the smoothies preparation for the next 10 days. This will also serve as a detox or cleanse for your body. Be sure to drink 1 gallon of water per day during this cleanse. In addition during these 10 days you will be required to 30 mins of cardio of your choice. Examples: Outdoor running, Treadmill, Stair-master, Elliptical, Walking, Jump Rope, or anything that raises your heart rate.
November 1, 2017 - December 3, 2017: During this time you will create your meals from the food guide provided.
